Just finished Riding the Thunder and The Invasion of Falgannon Isle and wanted to tell you just how much I enjoyed them and their kittie pals! Whats next in this series?
Hi Darla! So thrilled you enjoyed Thunder and Clint! Thank you for letting me know. I appreciate you taking the time.Yes, more sisters are on the way!! Trev and Raven's story comes up early 2009. Sorry, due to contract conflicts I had to do two historicals back-to-back. But then I will do two of the sisters. After this one, no more sexy Mershan brothers. But will do LynneAnne and Julian Starkadder's story. After than we will see Britt, the actress and Lucien the directors battle. Kitties? Oh yes...Trev who faints at needles must get shots to win his lady fair! She had two cats and he is allergic!!
Oh...I so can't wait...they sound great! I will love reading about Trev's comeupance! LOL Lynnanne and Julian should be quite a wild ride...they both seem like pretty free spirits. I'm really looking forward to finding out about Liam an Britt's romance not to mention what Jago & Asha's baby was...maybe twins like BA & Des...never know...oh well I do have time to do some speculating! BG!
Yes, Liam and Netta will have their own story. I have plans for the 6 brothers to have their own books, once the sisters are done, but Liam might get in there sooner. I miss The Windmill and would like to visit again! Also, plan a Book for Ian Mackenzie, on Falgannon. Endless possibilities!!
Is there an actual Windmill Diner that you based your story on?Oh boy, your series is going to keep me busy for quite some time! I can't wait.
Yes, there was/is a Windmill Restuarant. It had a Drive-in and swim club and motel and a horse farm across the road. The building where the restuarant was still there, the last time I check, but all else is gone. It was pretty run down back when I was much younger, but there was something magical about the strange place. It think even then the seeds for the story were taking route.I drew very heavy on real places for Thunder. Many are still there, many long gone...
